You've finished your intro session and you loved it. What's Next?
FOUNDATIONS
Our most important job as coaches is to set you up not only for success, but success for the long haul. CrossFit group classes are highly technical and very intense. We want to ensure that you feel confident in CrossFit movements so that you can safely join our group classes. With that in mind, you will start off by completing 3 more coached sessions. During your 4 coached sessions you will become more familiar with the CrossFit movements, Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, gymnastics-style movements, and different types of endurance methods we use. Importantly, you will learn how to scale workouts to your ability. We also cover mobility, injury prevention and nutrition. And lastly, you’ll be introduced to the excellent culture that is uniquely CrossFit To The Core. Once you have finished your 4 Foundations sessions, you will be able to join our group classes for the remainder of your Foundations month.

Once you've completed Foundations, you are now ready to choose one of our group memberships and become part of the community.
During group classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals, as you compete with yourself (and others, if you choose) for rounds, time, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and physical and mental growth. And some days we simply practice for no score at all. You will always be under a watchful eye of a coach to make sure your movement and position is safe and sound. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn’t think were possible, and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network, which will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness.
PRIVATE COACHING
When it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching. Whether you're looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results.
Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
Your private coaching experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will include:

Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
One-on-one or Two-on-one?
To best suit the needs of our members, we offer private coaching with personalized program design in both one-on-one and two-on-one settings.
One-on-one coaching is a phenomenal way to receive the undivided attention of one of our awesome coaches, but if it doesn't fit into your budget, we encourage you to consider our two-on-one coaching option.
What are the benefits of two-on-one coaching?

More bang for your buck - two-on-one coaching is about half the price of an average personal training session, but you still get a program designed specifically for your needs. That means you can train with your coach more frequently for the same investment, or train the same amount of time for close to half the price. If you have a training partner with similar goals, this may be the option for you!!
FREE INTRO SESSION
You can do the free 60-minute intro session alone or bring a friend. During the session we'll evaluate your current level of fitness, teach you about CrossFit methodology and culture and coach you through a workout.

FOUNDATIONS
FOUNDATIONS is the prerequisite for CrossFit group classes. You can not participate in CrossFit group classes until you finish the Intro + 3 sessions. Once you finish your Foundations sessions, come to unlimited classes for the remainder of the month.
